Same song or alternating songs sometimes spam the "Now Playing" message #6

Certain songs will spam their "Now Playing" message over and over, without any noticeable song transition appearing to the user.

This often happens with "special" songs playing over zone music (eg, moonfire faire festival music in its small zone in costa del sol), but is also seen in some places like Quarrymill.

There is another version of this issue where 2 songs will "fight", with the message spamming back and forth between the two constantly, even though the user perceives no change. This can be seen in places like the twin adder gc counter.

Leaving open for testing.

Seems to work decently for both 'regular' music transitions, as well as preventing all the fighting and duplicate song spam.
