Not harvesting emails

The live environment is not harvesting emails (not sure if its only some or all). I received a complaint that several people had sent emails to support@solid.com but that they are not showing up in the system. I checked and asked them to send some more test emails and these did not get collected.

I have verified and the username and password are correct in live environment. Couple of options come to mind.

• The logic was changed and the emails are not being harvested
• The quartz job is not running

QA is not harvesting either. (Checked -u and -p are correct).
