termcolor support #25

would be great if you could add support for termcolor so users can pass column 
values as

from termcolor import colored
from prettytable import PrettyTable
. . .
x.add_row([colored(my_var, 'red'), ... ])

if you do that currently, the value will be highlighted, the table formatting 
however will be broken

I am going to merge this with Issue 18, as I think they are duplicates "under 
the hood".  As far as I can see, termcolor and Bash both use the same set of 
control characters to do colour control, so fixing that issue should fix this 
issue simultaneously.

I agree that it would be good to support this and I am going to make it a goal 
for 0.8.  I'm going to have to brush up on my regular expressions!
