Proposed BSD 2-clause license #9

Added the 2 clause BSD license, which requires attribution of the original developer if code or binaries are redistributed

Right now the SSID changer is technically "All Rights Reserved". Of course, we want an open source license. Even though copyleft would be nice (so we are always entitled to access changes made in downstream), copyleft licenses are generally very restrictive, especially with respect to code integration into other projects, maybe hindering adoption of our code which is not our intention.

So we choose a very permissive license and ask other developers in good faith to make any worthwhile changes available (and preferably notify us in some way), even if we do not legally force them to do so.

Of course, this license change is not yet accepted and finalized until the main developer @mmalte integrates this commit into the master branch.
