Add Direction to public API #20

While upgrading mitmproxy to PyDivert 2.0, I noticed that we missed to expose Direction! :smiley:

Good! Going to merge this and check if tagging this to 2.0.4 will finally result in an automatic PyPI upload :bowtie:
