added the monokai theme #75

Included the monokai theme as seen in the ace 1.4.12 cdn https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/ace/1.4.12/theme-monokai.min.js Had to change the ace_active-line property in the css code to not be opaque

Thanks for the PR, but holding off on this for now as explained in #74 to allow even moar themes...

Closing, as 1.5.0 now adds all themes + ability to adjust active line and general text color.
