There are three sequences associated with the record. A hexadecimal string, an ASCII string, and a globally unique identifier (GUID). A hexadecimal string and a GUID might work in tandem, but the offset on the record is incorrect. The ASCII signature seems to be incorrect too, instead of encoding the actual values which are already shown in the hexadecimal they encode the visual representation of the same values from a hex editor (or so it appears).
