Description of problem

Building a test signature for PRONOM today I see the Wikidata namespace coming out when I don't think it should. Make sure that the flag is working as anticipated.

Fixed in time for 1.9.0: https://github.com/richardlehane/siegfried/releases/tag/v1.9.0 (Richard is looking at a similar issue with the identifier name)
