A debug flag for Roy might help Wikidata developers to improve Wikidata #18

Description of problem

While we are still refining Wikidata records there is a lot of debug output. We want to report on this debug output, but I think we also want to make sure that it doesn't overload users. Adding a debug flag to the Roy build command for Wikidata would provide a way to get that information from Roy. Users could then consult Wikidata and check the record with the issue.
