Solving #15 #18

Changed the type of device 9 and 10 to "TypeName="Rain". Combine device 10 and 11 into one rain device, by using both the RAINRATE and the RAINCOUNTER value.

Since I don't have a running domoticz anymore, there is no way to test this unfortunately. But the code looks good, so I will merge this.
