Various updates #8

Added the following devices (data from xml.buienradar.nl):

Visibility
Solar radiation
Rain rate
Weather forecast (summary for the coming period)
Rain forecast (uses data from https://gps.buienradar.nl/getrr.php?lat=51&lon=3)

Also made various small changes to the code, e.g. to use some new plugin functions.

Thanks for this PR! Seems like some great new features. I will look at it in detail before the end of the week.

All the changes look good. Only problem is that at the moment I don't have a proper running installation of Domoticz to test and I won't be near my Linux laptop (I use for testing) within a couple of days.

So I will merge the code, because otherwise it takes too long
