Practice Squad - How to handle practice squad overflow #14

Does a team need to clear space on their practice squad before or after the draft?

Do we want to give a team the flexibility to choose who stays on the practice squad given who they draft? Or do they have to make room before the draft?

Should a team have to add a drafted rookie to active roster immediately if they have no room on practice squad?

Decision: Allow drafting practice squad players, but have to cut down to 4 the next day.
