Currently, only winning bids are visible to other owners of the League. This was originally instituted so an owner with the losing bid could hide their strategy (e.g. how much they are willing to spend on a player or position). In practice however, I don't see this being an issue and we can increase the fun of the league by making losing bids public just like the waiver wire auction in ESPN.
