As ratified at the 2017 Rookie Draft and Free Agent Auction Extravaganza, add 2 teams to the playoffs.

Increase participation and competition late in the season.
Decrease chance of fire sales and super teams.
Increase trade deadline activity as more teams will be improving their team at week 9.

Open for league: Playoff format (to be voted upon)

Per poll from Aug 22, league voted in favor of week 12 single week wildcard round 8 votes for, 2 against, 2 no preference.
