How best to avoid/eliminate occasions where a team is handed a victory because a lineup is not set.

How do we handle enforcement. Formal grievances... private channel Best interest of the league to try hard even when you are out Wall of Shame Think about it over the summer

Idea from later in the rules discussion: Every occurrence of starting a BYE week player or someone on O/IR (given an allowed buffer and grievance system) will increase dues for the league member that doubles on each occurrence (starting at an increase of $20, then $40, the $80, and so on). To clear the slate and get your dues back to normal, one must win the championship (or maybe just make the playoffs?).

$20 for an occurrence is what was decided or (Josh will give you a rectal)
