Proposed Rule: In addition to paying a nominal fee any owner who fails to set their lineup appropriately without reasonable allowances (voted for by the league) must also wear the Unicorn I suck at fantasy football tee. Timing: Infringing owner will be required to wear said Unicorn Suck at Fantasy Football tee to all official league events for a period of one full year from the Tuesday after a week of an unset lineup. Additional Notes: Upon completion of their one year Unicorn sentence the infringing owner will be responsible for the cost, communication and logistics of:

  1. Holding the next infringing player accountable for being an ass, not setting their lineup and ultimately sucking hard at Fantasy Football ownership.
  2. Washing said “Unicorn suck at Fantasy Football Tee.” (Hand washing acceptable but frowned upon).
  3. Shipping said Tee to next up infringing owner with a handwritten, signed note of displeasure and disgust with their fantasy football prowess.

Also need to cover what to do if owner's attendance at League functions or events suddenly plummets.

Also need to cover the following scenario: Owner A does not set line-up. Owner J sets line-up. Owner A wins the matchup for the week.

Does owner A receive the unicorn t-shirt despite victory? Or is Owner J given the shirt as a token of shame. If this occurs multiple times, is owner J forced to wear the shirt to work?

Would like to avoid anyone intentionally handicapping their team in an attempt to "cast the shirt" at someone, willingly playing the odds because they have a loss to give and $20 to gamble to force the shirt on a struggling franchise. Not sure how likely that would be though.

Rule amendment #42: Not setting lineup - Unicorn pinkness and Joy

Proposing an amendment to said rules enforcement guidelines.

-Priority #1: last official breaker of lineup setting as outlined in originally ratified rule. -Priority #2 (new): if no lineup infringements occur in league year, mandatory ownership and forced wearing if said shirt to all league events by team owner defaults to: a) Non-Americans B) Canadian citizens C) @dogle
