Concerns have been raised about the ability to drop a player and pick back up to adjust contract terms. While the rest of the league has an opportunity to pick up that player, it may happen fast enough where not everyone is paying attention. Needs to be discussed.

Majority of league owners (8) indicate this is a non-issue; several cite the fact that this is not a problem in a free market.
