Proposal: amending draft order determination for each season to be more than placing the previous season. Placement could determine a portion (i.e.- top half or bottom half of the order), but then the specific placement would be determined by a challenge to be completed by all teams at the draft. persons not attending the draft would be required to submit their completion of task beforehand. Challenge could be determined by league vote but let's be real the better idea is that the League Champion + 2nd place must come together to determine the trial which must be completed and notify the league no less than 45 days prior to the draft.

The only reason I don't like this idea is because it takes away from the standings of the previous season...maaybe??? I guess I'm pretty neutral on this one. I'm happy to compete for my draft spot every year and I trust the creativity of this group (excluding me) to come up with something fair and fun. No official vote, I'd like to see some ideas first.

Verdict from rules discussion: League agrees to enact something here, but the specifics need to be worked out. To be discussed over draft weekend and decided upon prior to 2024 rookie draft.
