Given it is now up to the owners to propose their OT bid to the auctioneer, proposing a rule clarification.
If no owners submit their bid within 24 hrs (7pm -> 7pm) the player goes back into the pool and bids are cancelled.
If 1 owners submits their bid but the other does not, the owner that submits the bid gets the player for the original bid price (e.g., if the tie is $4 and Player A submits an OT bid of $10 but Player B does not submit an OT bid within 24 hrs, Player A wins for $4)
We should also clarify in the rules that it is the owner's responsibility to reach out to the auctioneer - not the auctioneer's responsibility to solicit bids from the owners.
