Handbrake Failure #118

I’ve just discovered Archivo v1.1.0 (7/13/16), and I’m both impressed, and relieved that my Roamio can now cough up some of its’ treasures worth preserving.

I hit a snag today, though, when Handbrake failed. I notice your Handbrake module has no version number (under “Details”), and a release date of 7/13/16…so, I looked up the Handbrake site and see that their latest version is 1.0.7, released on April 9th, 2017…so, I’m wondering if upgrading that would help? Have you looked into it yet? Got any ideas about why Handbrake failed?

Let me know if you’ve got something later to test, or whether I jumped in too fast and mucked it up. In any event, it is safe for me to upgrade the two instances of Handbrake? How would that be done…and would it require changing Archivo code?

I did notice that while I have a x64 Windows 7 SP1 environment, your program installed itself into the 32-bit Program Files (x86) space…but there appear to be both x32 and x64 Handbrake instances from the initial install. Java is build 131

How can I help identify the issues and how to remedy them?
