Allow refreshing recording list / changing selected TiVo while archiving #17

Currently the user can't refresh their recording list or change the selected TiVo to view another device while an archive operation is in progress. We can fix this by keeping a list of archive operations and matching it against the list of recordings fetched from each TiVo.
