Investigate what it would take to support streaming recordings from a TiVo.

This would be awesome. Pretty sure I used to do this with TiVoWeb and VLC. http://tivo-vlc.sourceforge.net

I will also add that I can start playing Archivo's downloads in progress, even before they complete. Again, using VLC. So it's not exactly "streaming," but kinda feels like it.
