Graphs are cleared after screen has been locked/unlocked #116

I am using

Reproduction steps

  1. Let the extension run
  2. Open the Graph
  3. See that the graph is showing values
  4. Lock the screen
  5. Immediately unlock the screen
  6. Open Graph
  7. See that there are no values and the graph starts collecting values from scratch

Additional info The same thing happens when the screen goes blank / screensaver activates (without locking the screen).
