Fix powershell build script #373

The OS built-in PowerShell complains when omitting those braces

I did not notice any issues, but looks good.

I'm using the stock PS included with Win11, did you perhaps install the new cross-platform powershell?

Mine is:

I have PS Core installed as well, but usually I take the stock one. Not sure though what I used back then. Anyways, if there was a problem, it's good that it's fixed now.
