Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm very looking for an way to encode with gpu, as you notice cpu encode is really slow.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to make it encoded with gpu.

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternatives with this, only cpu encode.
