get hardware model from alfred

get hardware information from alfred and add it to nodes.json

I'm currently working on a new backend that'll pass all alfred data to the frontend so this won't be necessary.

Ok, nice to hear that. Is it public available so everyone can follow the development state? What about the frontend, it should be also updated to display the additional data?

Not yet. I intent to push it in a few days once I've decided on a sane way for parsing the batadv-vis graph.
