show message and correct home-link if javascript is disabled #73

Please add this small fix, so If the site is called with javascript disabled there will be shown a hint that you should enable it and the search-engine results show the main freifunk.net url instead of the local freifunk-lübeck

Could you rephrase it as "This websites requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser." and remove the
tags?
