more clean grunt configuration #83

I just added a little better documentation for the development setup (if something is still missing, please comment) and refactored the configuration to be more modular.

I consider it safe to merge this, since this contains just stuff to cleanup.

I added those commits to PR #82 … closing this one instead and waiting for #82 to be ready for merging
