Update repositories on rerun #113

When running puppet for an upgrade all the git repositories we use should be pulled as well. So all the external script o matic is getting up2date too.

Okay, after updating our alfred on ffki-vpn0 it seems to me that we should pin the git repositories of our tools to a commit hash. Otherwise we could have not build-able version.
