add backup tool to all gateways #151

I recomment using rsnapshot for daily backups on the gateways.

What do you think about implementing this into the puppet manifests?

what exactly should be part of this backup?

configuration can be restored by running puppet, keys (fastd) of the nodes are usually in a remote repository, private fastd key is probably backed up already.
