More logging, (gw|vpn)-watchdog in check-gateway zusammenführen #167

Mehr logging

in daemon.log mit dem tag "check-gateway" ausgeben, sowie auf stderr im Fehlerfall, sodass der cronjob auch diese Meldungen enthält.

Daemon die ebenfals nach nichterreichbarkeit der IP beendet/neugestartet werden:

[x] radvd
[x] openvpn

Cool, does it also log if maintenance is turned on?

And show the last logged in user in the message, so you see who turned it on.

Find out with the command last

I would like defer further improvements to logging until the migration to Debian Jessie. I'm not to found of adding any user reference, as a those decisions should be communicated between the members of the NOC.
