update-rc.d not running on Debian jessie #192

the maintenance script throws those errors:

/usr/local/bin/maintenance: Zeile 14: update-rc.d: Kommando nicht gefunden.
/usr/local/bin/maintenance: Zeile 15: update-rc.d: Kommando nicht gefunden.

maybe I got this because I wasn't root ;)
