there are other prefixes used by freifunk communities apart from the ula range

Hard-coded? I can understand this approach, pushing your roadmap. Personally I would prefer that those informations are generated from some meta-data. Maybe this are informations could be modeled with involvement of the icvpn-meta repository. Speaking of storing the information about those networks in icpvn-meta and having some magic which is generating special configurations out of that meta informations, the way you hard-coded them. But this are long term targets, so for the sake of your features, I will merge this.
