Firmware can only be updated from Windows PC #18

When updating from Mac the additional files OSX places in the DD drive cause problems and the firmware update hangs. It would be good if the DD firmware could simply ignore any Mac specific files that cause these issues.

This has been fixed with a new version of the bootloader, but I haven't been able to test it yet.
