Speaker view

Using very tricky markup and styles, we should be able to make a speaker view with notes:

• <aside> to host notes, shown with display: block — could be <details> / <summary> maybe?
• a grid layout:
  • two-third width current slide on the left
  • one-third width next slide on the top right, using (Firefox only :heart:) element() CSS function to show a preview
  • one-third width block to display notes
• maybe display a timer somehow? I'm almost sure that's doable using CSS :)
