Update espnscoring history #341

per #340 here is code that is potentially a little clunky but seems to solve the issue of thresholds and was accurate across my QB/RB/WR players so far this season.

@scottfrechette do you happen to know what the stat mapping ID is for defensive18To21PointsAllowed is?

It seems there isn't a stat mapping ID for defensive18To21PointsAllowed...I'm assuming because we get 0 points it isn't even listed as a stat.
