Kill time discrepancy #13

The kill time used for rankings is a little different than what is used for DPS it seems. It looks like reportData > report > rankings gives the correct duration.

DamageDone table can still be used for subtracting out downtime

Will need to update the encounter table and retrigger analyses for all jobs
