I think this is new behavior? Even if the user never enabled the Auto-interact with Objects in Instances option in Pandora, when a route includes and runs the PausePandora step it will be enabled afterwards regardless.
This is particularly bad when running Origenics, which runs it for the elevator terminal, because if this option is enabled the player will get stuck indefinitely interacting with an info terminal near a chest after the second boss (combat causes the player to run directly on top of it).
