[Bug] Dying in general seems to cause some issues.

What happened?

So lately I've been running as a bard kind of undergeared for instances (I need to grind tomestones etc) but it seems every time I die, autoduty fails to handle death correctly. When I was running Doma Castle, what would happen is auto duty would try to interact with the warp point and then fail, and move to the next step. Now when I'm running Aetherochemical Research Facility I've died to the final boss of the instance and it warps correctly, but it seems to just get stuck after that?

Steps to reproduce the error

Queue up for Aetherochemical Research Facility with an ilvl of around 300 I guess and watch yourself die to the boss (sometimes.)
