Added a search bar in imgui to filter the lists of duties

Updated the .csproj to build on either windows or linux

I created a PR on @Brappp's fork to move the search bar and clamp it at 10 character's width. Here is a summary of the changes:

Moved search box to area above duty list
Clamped maximum width for search box at 10 characters via an easily-editable variable

Tested for all tabs:
