In python mode, Ctrl-down is bound to "end-of-buffer" and Ctrl-up to "beginning-of-buffer" #144

AFAIK, Ctrl-down is supposed to be bound to "forward-paragraph" and Ctrl-up to "backward-paragraph". and I'm using http://emacsformacosx.com/ (emacs version 24.3 with the lastest python.el?)
