Dear Forrest,

I exchanged a couple of emails with Bob Marshall with questions related to LMP. Bob contacted you but did not get any answer. Bob could not answer my questions and tried to contact you, but failed. He said your CU email(Forrest.Gasdia@Colorado.EDU) might not work.
I hope you can get this message through GitHub and can answer the questions and help us. I attach the mails.
