Support for SLURM 20.10 #118

I'd like to add a request for support of slurm 20.10 to include slurmrestd. Also, I haven't seen much activity on this project in a while - is there something better out there or just no need for maintenance? Thanks for the work!

I guess it works. You can send patches or pull requests anytime for Slurm 20.10 support.
