added support for ubuntu clients #89

Minor restructuring (os check in tasks/main.yml) and adding functionality to add Ubuntu (16.04) client machines for Slurm. Used already in production to run singularity containers for GPU's.

Manual testing done: moved reference forward for this role for our test cluster and ran this role against some RedHat family nodes - no changes done on the nodes and no failed tasks. So seems to work. Thanks!
