Add cvmfs to NHC examples/ #113

We shouldn't add this to the role defaults, but we can add it to the fgci-ansible/examples variables.

On behalf of Ivan: I guess that could be added/forced centrally, since all the clusters have it anyway. CVMFS is critical, if missing from the node jobs that use modules just fail with the 'File not found' messages and node becoming a black hole that fails the job. We known about it when someone reports.
