Playbook for deleting hosts #124

Any more places? One idea is to have a special group in the inventory file where one can add deleted hosts (like if they get renamed or decommissioned). Then have a playbook that remove the nodes from:

pdsh / /etc/machines
dns/hosts file
known_hosts (
remove the unused sshd hostfiles
got more details / places where one can delete the hosts from? - comment on this issue
