Make yum-cron settings more clear #161

As seen in issue 160 1 the settings for yum-cron are confusing:

the role's defaults to fetch and install security updates hourly, for daily updates it only fetches them.
fgci-ansible's example files suggest having yum-cron-hourly fetch and install all packages hourly
fgci-ansible's example files do not suggest changing daily settings

As we in examples/group_vars recommend auto-updating all packages hourly, we should advise (via example file) the same for daily.
