Configure /etc/arc/client.conf #163

Role: https://github.com/CSC-IT-Center-for-Science/ansible-role-arc-conf Setting: defaultservices - so that one with "arcsub" don't have to specify a cluster but it'll end up on any of the Finnish clusters.

Index services seems to be unstable, at least right now 1-3 out of 4 are not returning anything.

What task is remaining here? The role above doesn't work as it's not for client.conf

Remaining task is to make a new release of the arc-client role, update fgci-ansible and test it.
