Give write access to FGCI consortium members #193

Any obstacles?
- All repos?
- Access to publish blog entries on confluence?
- Any changes we should do in terms of release management?

One con might be that only CSC have a test cluster - where it doesn't affect users if the cluster breaks or they can't "just" reinstall the whole cluster. Giving access to a non-CSC employee to manage that cluster (including idracs) will not happen.

There is now old fgi cluster installed aesyle which can be used for testing.
