In slurm role the slurmdb is assumed to be on the same node. #71

Would be appreciated to have functionality to provide other server (possibly with ssd's) as a database server. This would need to be taken into account in ansible-role-slurm.

Replaced with https://github.com/CSC-IT-Center-for-Science/ansible-role-slurm/pull/8 Please comment that this is enough. We don't have automatic testing of the slurm role.
